Red Chili, Salt, Turmeric, Star Aniseed, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cumin, Brown Cardamom, Carom, Black Pepper, Fenugreek Seed, Bay Leaf, Clove, Green Cardamom, Ginger, Garlic, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent).

Preparation and Usage

Heat oil, fry onions until light golden, remove and crush.

In the same oil add chicken, yogurt and Shan Chicken Masala Mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

IAdd julienne ginger and ½ -2 cups water for gravy. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

IStir-in crushed onions. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
